Trading Terms

Confidentiality:  Any information supplied by you will be treated as strictly confidential. Our address list is not for sale. 

Payment terms:  No orders will be accepted unless accompanied by full payment. Payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners welcome. Please quote the number and expiry date. 

Shipping costs:  A minimum charge of US$5 is made for postage, packing and insurance on all orders.  Where the cost of postage exceeds US$5, the actual cost of postage by economy airmail is charged.  We will provide an estimate of the cost of postage if you require it.

Please be patient:  We process orders within 4 - 7 days. If an in-production item is not in stock we will obtain it for you as quickly as we can and will hold your cheque, or delay processing your credit card order, until we can supply.

Layby:  Layby terms over three months are available to New Zealand customers on items costing NZ$200 or more. Laybys may be paid for on the following basis: 25 percent on ordering, and 25 percent each month for the next three months.
